I think I ate scrambled eggs during my puree diet. It's basically like puree anyways. I think you're good. BTW...congrats on your 24 lbs!! :)

Yes, you can eat scramble eggs. Just make sure that you don't scramble them to a hard consistency. You can also add cheese (reduce fat) which will make them more soft and smooth.

Yeppers, it's on the pureed phase. And like Mrs. Riene suggested, add cheese (mozzerella or parmesan is my preference) - it also adds protein to the eggs, which are already full of the stuff!

If you have a problem, try again in a week. For some reason my tummy doesn't tolerate them well yet...I had surgery a little over 3 weeks ago. I am craving eggs, be happy when I can have them. Oatmeal today : )
