Bon Appetit !

one week out post op, my doctor had me on baby food puree. u can puree tuna or chicken salad and put it in a little container. I ate that a lot and also bought some baby food jars, stage 1 they told me to get. S. F Jello, protein shakes, and water.

What did your doctor say you could have at one week post op? I was on liquids for 3 weeks, so I took RTD protein drinks to work.

1 week out I was on full liquids. If you are, too, I would suggest: SF pudding, SF jellow, nonfat yogurt, protein shakes, hummus. Good luck!
