2 Periods In Less Than 3 Weeks!?!?!?!?

OK, so I had a brief episode of spotting after surgery. That lasted a few days. Now, I feel like I am getting menstrual cramps. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've had two periods in one month. Ugh. I think it has something to do with the weight loss and hormones. But, maybe someone else has another explanation for this.

It is probably related to the changes that are going on it will get better your body is going through a lot right now.

Fat cells store estrogen. As the fat leaves, the estrogen is released into the blood stream. Then the "fun" stuff starts. It is different with each of us. All sorts of reactions happen - changes in menstrual cycle frequency, changes in how fertile you are, emotional changes due to the hormonal flux. It will moderate as your weight loss slows down (mine did). My recommendation while you are losing is to be careful practicing birth control - you don't want to become pregnant while you are going through losing your weight.

Good Luck.
