    Half an hour before you eat and then a half an hour afterwards.

    Thanks i thought i read 1 hour before and after i will try the half hour i think than i may be able to get more fluids.

    It seems my surgeon is the only one with a guideline of 30/60. Nothing to drink 30 minutes before eating, and 60 minutes afterwards. That hour is rough, but I've been faithfully following it.

    I'm supposed to stop fluids15 minutes before I eat and wait 45 minutes after eating to consume fluids again. Which is difficult for me, since I used to always drink while I ate :/ trying my hardest.
