How many oz do you count for a sugar free Popsicle ?

Mine are 1.65 fl oz.

When counting ounces for meats do you do it by weight or measuring cup size?

I have always weighed my meats.

SF popsicles are more like liquids so you can eat as much as you want. I've eaten 4 of them in one sitting before

My doctor told me to weigh my meats with a scale. Makes sense, I mean when you're buying it from a butcher they use a scale as well, not a measuring cup! Measuring cups are best for fluid ounces or for "loose" foods like powders, rice, small pastas, chopped veggies, etc.
