Gallbladder Problems Anyone?

I keep asking if I am dumping with my stomach pain and vomiting but it has been suggested that maybe it is gallbaldder? I have lost 40lbs in the last few months. Can it be? Anyone had gallbladder problems? I hear it is common with rapid weight loss.

Dumping doesn't give you stomach pain and vomiting but gallbladder does. I also had a dull pain below my ribs on the right side. I had mine removed at 10 months post-op following a bout of pancreatitis due to a gallstone in the pancreatic duct. No problems since removal.

Better call your doc--they can do an ultrasound for stones.

I had mine removed years ago. Not sleeved yet. Glad the gallbladder came out first. I would've hated thinking my sleeve was causing all that pain and discomfort.

I just had my gallbladder removed last week. Luckily my doctor caught it before it became a problem. However, the symptoms you refer to are aligned with gallbladder/kidney issues. There is no harm in getting your doctor to test for it. I am all about preventitive care and so is/should your doctor.
