Not everyone throws up...I have come close to throwing up, from laying down too soon after eating cheese & multi-grain crackers. Everyone is different.

I don't think so. Sometimes if you hold back you may not throw up. Also, depends on what you have eaten. I am eating chili right now and I can feel my "full" point, but because of the consistency, I can probably eat more of this then a sandwich. But, that also means I won't stay 'full' as long. Your supposed to eat until you are satisfied, not full. If you throw up, then you got too full. Seek to be satisfied, i.e. no longer hungry. You may still have an apatite but that doesn't mean your hungry.

I never get to a point of throwing up. I eat a certain amount and then stop. i put less food on my plate and then I stop. I give most of my food that I get when eating out to other family members. But I don't stress on it. All we really need is a small amount of a well balanced diet. ;)

I've never thrown up but I sure have gotten close!
