Am I On Target?

Hi everyone!

Im wondering if im a slow loser. I had my surgery march 6th and weighed in at 311 pounds. As of april 16th i weigh 264. My husband has lost over 60 pounds and we had surgery the same day! I know guys are suppose to lose faster but im feeling like i cant even keep up with him! :-( its made me think maybe im not doing something right. I eat the same stuff he eats and walk 11/2 miles a day and he doesnt walk at all! I dont know what i can do to lose weight faster to catch up. :-(

First, yes men do loose a lot faster than women, unfortuneately it's just the way we're built. Second your weight loss is awesome, don't. Compare yourself to others. My view is that as long as your loosing, your on the right track. Keep up the good work.
