Well I Survived

Had my surgery Tuesday and it really wasn't that bad. The worst thing is my hand is really swollen from the IV and it hasn't gone down at all getting worried about that but all in all just adjusting to sipping and not taking a normal drink. I had two cups of chicken broth yesterday, I didn't really want them but I am trying to keep my strength up. I feel like I can sleep and sleep, trying to get out of that habit. Maybe it's normal not sure. All and all I can't wait for the weight to start dropping, this was the best decision I ever made.

Congratulations! Where did you have your surgery??

That is awesome!!!! He was one of my top 5 picks also. :) I'm so excited for you!

The swelling in your hand is most likely just IV fluid under the skin. I had that problem, it will just take a day or two for the body to absorb it. I'm glad you are doing well!

Congrats on your surgery!!! I am sure that as the days go by, your energy will return and that hand will go down.

You have the same surgeon that I will be using!!! So exciting!!!

Congratulations! Try ice on the area it tends to help relieve swelling.
