Reason For Time Off

If you did not tell your boss or coworkers about the surgery what was the reason you gave for needing time off and how long did you take off?

Why not just keep it simple I have to have a medical procedure and will be out of the office for at a min. 1 week and at the most 3 weeks. I had mine on 3/21 and went back to work for full days the following Thursday. But worked 1/2 days the Monday after my surgery

hey annemarie.

thats probably what im going to end up doing. Because in reality that is kinda tha truth. I had started this WHOLE process towards the end of last yr. So ill just tell them i had been waiting and finally got approved and the date was scheduled for May 10th. Can they let me go bc of it?

aww thanks! im hangin in there! i think im gonna get started on my liquid diet earlier bc i know ive gained sinced my initial consultation with the surgeon back on Janurary. :unsure:

weighed in at 293 back then. im sure ive gained. and talked to the surgeons office and the said he would like for us to lose about 10lbs. not that hard but try adding about 15 extra that i probably gained. ooowiiee!! lol. jesus help me!
