Protein Shake Recipes

Many many thanks to the person who led me to this site: Protein and fluids in due to nausea and just being sick and tired of cramed Soups and Protein shakes.

Right now I am enjoying a Protein shake that tastes just like a blended Resses cup! It's delicious! At least today I know that I will get most,if not all of my protein in.
