Question About Mid Back Pain

So i woke up an hour early today with a back ache across my middle back. It feels alot like the gas pain i had the night after surgery, but not nearly as bad. Im 14 days out and got a little scared thinking the worst that this is a sign of a leak, but i have no other symptoms. I thought this becuzz latley i gave been drinking my fluids faster and able to get down maybe like 20 oz and hour i dont gulp but constantly sip. So i called my nurse and she said dont worry becuzz i cant hurt the staple line by drinking to much. And they also did a ct scan b4 i left the hospital and no leak. Another theory of this pain is weight loss ive lost 30 pounds and my muscles r adjusting. My nurse also said some people feel it in there back when there pouch is full but it has been aching all day. Any ideas would be appreciated im confused

week 2 I had the worse lower back pain it was there at the end of week one went away for 3 days and was back the mid to end of week 2. I think it is just how my body was healing also I have lost 30lbs in a 4 week period so I think part of it is how my body is holding itself and catching up with my weight loss

Pain between the shoulder blades can also be gallstones. Keep an eye on that pain, and if you have episodes of exteme pain, you may need to see your doctor. Weight loss sometimes results in gallstones.

I had mid-back pain at about two weeks out, and it was gas...it lasted about two days, then dissipated and never returned. I'm over eight weeks out now.
