Any 3Rd Shifters Out There?

I've worked the same shift at work for 6+ years now(11pm-9:30am 4 nights a week) and while I've always been a heavy person, most of my weight piled on after I started this schedule. I'm wondering if there are others who work this shift and have been successful with the sleeve? I was sleeved 2 weeks ago, and so far so good at work. I sit in front of a computer for 10 hours, so I was always mindlessly grazing and snacking. I've noticed that behavior had completely stopped, and I no longer have an urge to do so. I'm hoping this new behavior sticks!

don't question not having the urge not to eat.IMO that says you previouly had head hunger, just eating away for no reason except you were maybe bored and just ate by habit, nothing else to do. this can last with your help.

try hard to continue this new habit of not eating and enjoy losing weight and gaing happiness.

best of luck
