Day 01 Exercise!

Well today i started with a trainer today! it felt good to wanna exercise but felt crappy to realize how out of shape i am. Also those mirrors are not my friend. I Looked in the mirror and didnt feel like i looked any different 40 lbs ago. it saddens me and its diheartening but i do know that this is another great start to this weightloss journey.
