Does anyone know where I can get samples of unflavored protien? I'd like to try some, but don't want to buy a huge container until I know what kind I'd like.

Is it ok to put this into soft foods or can I only use it in liquid? What consistancy does the powder make a liquid? Is it gritty or does it dissolve?

Go to Bariatriceating.com They have a lot of Protein items, including sample packs. I'm not sure about the unflavored samples, thou.

Most products (quality products! Now-a-days are not gritty. There's a lot of competition out there, so they have to make them yummy!

I found some powder that derives its protein from milk and eggs at Smith's grocery store. I use milk, a banana and a couple ice cubes and there's no grit at all.

After reading this thread i went to bariatriceating.com and ordered two different samples, the gold double chocolate ice cream powder and the roadside lemonade.The total was 11.95

I have never tried any protein and hope to replace my evening snacking with a shake!!
