I had some cough when I woke up after surgery because of the anesthesia but it was not too bad. I was on pain meds so it didnt hurt much. Hope you feel better soon! :)

I has surgery on the 19th and I have a cough too. I ended up coming out of surgery with the worst sore throat I've ever had and they wouldn't let me drink anything till 24 hours after the surgery. I actually feel really good except for the stupid cough.

I am so sorry you all had issues with your throats, I just had a dry mouth after surgery, no cough thanks goodness, I cant imagine that with the sore tummy! Best wishes to you all for a speedy recovery!
