Does anybody have any specific vitamin brand recommendations before sleeve surgery? Would liquids be better? I want to get into the habit of taking them before surgery which is in 3 months.

I love my vitamins. They don't upset my stomach & aren't horrible tasting, they aren't awesome tasting either, but good enough to swallow. The first day I took then was the first day after surgery that I felt like doing anything. They are called 1st choice for energy & I got the multivitamin. Oh, did I mention that they're liquid? Check 'em out, around $15 for one month supply on Amazon.

my surgeon recommends flintstones! but advice- get the actual flinstones, not the genric cuz they are huge and yucky!

Costco sells a liquid multi called ReViva that's not too bad. You will need a liquid or a chewable immediately post-op, and then I encourage you to find a complete multi that you can tolerate. Some people like Baratric Advantage, some Celebrate, some Centrum. If you are also taking calcium, look for a vitamin without iron. You will also need to take Vitamin B-12 forever. Walmart sells a good-tasting, fast-dissolving sublingual tablet that you can start immediately after surgery.
