3 Months And Down 51 Pounds!

Surgery 12/15/11 and feeling good! Feeling like my weight loss is slowing so time to exercise. Have been making some bad food choices and just can't get my liquids in. I think I just need to try harder but it's so hard to eat and drink when you aren't hungry or thirsty. Would love to hear from other sleevers!

Seems like you are doing great!! May I ask...does the 51 pounds include any weight you lost in the pre-op phase??
