All Your Protein In?

I'll be two weeks post op on wednesday and im having the hardest time gettin all my requirements. My NUT started that I need to do 60 60 60 to include 60 minutes of exercise, 60 ounces of water and 60 protein. The past two days I managed to get in my protein but I'm to full to do more then 30 ounces of water. Sleeve Vets when were you able to get all your numbers?

Wow that's great. I still get there but right now I get full really fast and there doesn't seen to be enough time in the day to sip all my water. But from the post its common and gets better.

Before my surgery I frankly asked my nutritionist which was more important...protein or water. She said water. I have an aversion to most dairy products. I tried all kinds of protein powders and so I stick with Isopure and water. I do feel lethargic throughout the day so I'm trying hard to focus on all the other things. Supplemental vitamins, water and sf pudding. That's about it.
