NSV is short for Non scale Victory. Examples of NSVs are:

Going down sizes - Losing a double chin - people not recognising you

Congrats!!! I am five days out and I have lost 6 pounds .... What are you eating? I am not sure I'm getting enough protein.

Right now I'm om supplements, cream soups, low fat cottage cheese and greek yogurt. I'm not getting in all my protein either but our sleeves are very new and still healing. 6 lbs is great in 5 days! I'm really trying to look at the NSVs (Non Scale Victories) as well.
