      Tammy, I also am having my surgery at St. Francis through tallgrass...Dr. Hamilton. I just had my phsyc appt last week, now just waiting for the surgeons office to call me so I can schedule.

      Well it would have been sooner but due to work and my husbands work I can't start the pre op diet until the first of October. Everyone needs a buddy! I'm on facebook also...will add you as a friend.

    Isntsheclever...how are you doing this far into your journey?

    I'm doing well. I'm actually having a lot of fun on this surgery! I'm 3 months in and 1/3 of the way to goal. Not that I expect to keep up the pace, but I think it's a heck of a start! I wish you guys tons and tons of luck and I'm here to answer any questions that I can!

    Ok I think I found you this time...lol

    My appt with the surgeon went well yesterday, may be able to have the surgery in 4-8 weeks. Waiting on insurance approval now, said that would take 2 days to 2 weeks...sigh...so impatient! LOL

    I'm in Topeka! I'm going to Tallgrass as well. My surgeon is Dr. Hu. My srgery is the 25th! I'm on facebook as well if anyone else needs a buddy.. lol Caitlyn Journeyofafatkid

    Yeah I have a sams club card already it help to buy the stuff you eat alot of in bulk for cheaper!
