On my paperwork I can do yogurt, applesauce, watery cream of wheat, etc and stuff like that on the full liquids

Wow I used to take Ambien and it never did that stuff to me! Guess I was a lucky one!

I'm only 2 days out and I have this pressure/gas problem ...and not hungry, just thirsty...still trying to get the sipping part down and my multi vitamin & pepcid did not play nice this morning...so I found out what the foamies are......UGH I'd also give just about anything for a BM today...think that would help a lot! LOL or at least be able to pass more gas.Guess I should try to drink some broth, but seems all I really want is water and/or coffee...oh well will figure it out eventually

Had my surgery yesterday afternoon (August 24th) and came home this morning! Feeling pretty good, just really sleepy...lol

I'm 8 days into my pre-op diet & have lost about 9 lbs now. I will be getting sleeved on the 24th...and have only had a 'few' minor panic attacks...I'm SO looking forward to this though! Good luck to you on your new journey!!

I'm doing better...the first 4 days were 'do not leave the bathroom' days....Mine isn't all liquids (may as well be though!) Surgery is Friday the 24th!

I get 3 oz of meat (chicken, ham or turkey) for lunch & dinner...thats the only real solid foods I get

have you tried Body fortress from walmart? I Love the chocolate! Your surgery is the day before mine...Good luck!!!!!!!

Hope you get over it quickly...I had a really bad cold for 4 weeks last month or so...was so worried I wasn't going to be able to keep my surgery date! I was sweating it out!!

I've got the same...horrible headache, stomach growling at me, tired, etc....

I just started my 10 day preop yesterday...so far other than my stomach growling all the time, I've been ok...Oh and a headache! Good luck!
