Acid Reducer?

Can anyone recommend an acid reducer that is not chewable/ liquid? I've been taking chewable Pepcid since the beginning of my post op 2x a day and now it's stating to make sick. I'm a month out hopefully there is something out there small enough to swallow. Thank you

    hi kim89 - doc gave me prilosec when i left the hospital - pretty small green capsule - i swear by it, never,never, experienced any type of heartburn - i'm one of the lucky ones - best kathy :)

    I STARTED OUT WITH POWDERED NEXIUM(TOO EXPENSIVE) AFTER SURGERY. THEN SWITCHED BACK TO PRESCRIPTION OMEPRAZOLE 20MG CAPS. I TOOK THOSE PRE-SURGERY, AND THEY STILL WORK JUST FINE.
