1 Month Post Op Today, Will When This Stall End?!

1 month ago today I was sleeved and have had a great experience. Thank you to everyone on here for sharing questions and answers. I don't know what I would do without this board.

I hit my 3 week stall a little early and still seem to be in a stall for weight loss. I am not concerned since the pants I just wore last week are sort off falling down today so I know I am losing inches. woohoo! I was wondering how long your first stall lasted?

Hi Tracey,

I am right there with you. I was sleeved on Feb 4th. On Feb 9th I weighed 213. The next week I lost like I believe 9 lbs and then have only lost like 4 more. My ticker does not show it. I really have not lost anything for a few weeks, maybe a lb up and down. I am kind of discouraged. I know it will come off. It has to. I am very good about what I eat and I have been walking a lot also. My clothes difinitely fit differently so I am losing inches. I was to so bad be under 200 but it I am just stuck!!!!!!!!!

We both have to hang in there. Know you are not alone. Hopefully soon we can look back at this post and laugh together . :) When I look at the big pic and realize that I have lost 30 lbs in 5-6 weeks, it really is not bad at all!!!

Thanks yecats. I know we shouldn't be discourage, but it is hard not to feel that way. That is why I love this board, there is always someone facing the same thing. Just got to keep telling myself to look at the big picture.

Looking forward to looking back and laughing when we are both in onederland!

Thats right girly!!!!!!!!

Right there with ya! Sleeved on 2/8!! Lost a bunch in the first week, but not more than a few since....

Was sleeved 1/25 lost for two weeks and gained five and stalled for three weeks. Finally losing again. I thought I might never lose again. Hang in there.

I think I hit my stall. I was sleeved on Feb 15th. I was losing one pound every day! I was so happy. Until...

I get on the scale and I gained one pound. Then another, and another, and 2 more. I am up 4 pounds since Sunday :'(

Tomorrow is my 3 week anniversary.

Coincidence???

Don't let the scale dictate your journey--focus on the positives! I hate when I read that but it's SO true. I've been much happier since I've focused on NSVs. You're strong and you're doing fine. enjoy the journey!!
