Just wanted to post my progress thus far. I finally hit the onderland goal and wanted to post how I did it. I started out at 275lbs and as of this morning I weighed 198lbs. I've lost 77 lbs in 3 months time. I have not once acheived my goal for protein and water intake since beginning this journey. I am unable to consume protein shakes (I throw up immediately) and I was never really a H20 drinker to begin with. That being said I do get around 50oz of liquid and about 25g of protein a day. The way I am able to acheive successful weight loss is by working out everyday. I do at least 60 minutes of intense CARDIO everyday and weight lift at least twice a week. I have not had a stall yet. I can pretty much eat anything I want but I do sometimes eat to fast and I end up throwing it up. I don't want anyone to compare there results with mine but my intent was to just share my success story and see if there are any others that compare. I am very thankful for this forum in general it has helped me tremendous in achieving my goals so far.
