Preop I ate like I was never going to eat again- I know that most people wouldn't agree, but I'm glad I did! I didn't go overboard, I even managed to lose a few lbs- but I spent many evenings at the Olive Garden or the drive thru for taco bell and McD's. I'm not advocating eating horribly, but I don't regret it for a second.

hey chunky

congratulations losing 55 lbs -you go girl

before surgey Ii also ate like there was no tomorrow - but oh well - there wasn't !!

go out and have a few of those dinners, and maybe goodies - oh well you deserve them!!! don't worry about eating them in the portions you love, cuz life changes tomorrow! yes before someone else says it, you can eat whatever you want after surgery, ,,,just smaller portions, thats what we're here for right? lol

Good luck to you and all of us, we will succeed!!

best

Chunky

you are going to have to change your name soon

you go girl - 55 lbs and counting

before surery i did overate like there was no tomorrow!!!

once you have surgery you will tame those patterns. But....you will be able to eat alnything you want after surgery too at a later date, just at really small portions, thats what your new sleeve will tell you!!

good wishes on you upcoming journey
