Sleeved On 2/27, Two Days Post Op

I am two days post op and doing good. Pain in the incision area, but overall not too much. Lapband revision to a gastirc sleeve, glad the lap band is gone. Directed by doc to start full liquids at home, but I am not ready. Clear fluids going down real good. I will stick with that for a couple more days. Sleeved at Fort Jackson. To God be the glory I came out alright. Also, thanks for all the replies and comments, I was truly prepared for most things. Appreciate you all!

Feeling good today, will take some meds for this gas pain. Getting the protein in was okay yesterday, and I will try to get more in today.

Tried not to get on the scale because I read you will weigh more after surgery, but I did and I have lost already, Loving my sleeve already, encourages me to stick to the plan. In four weeks I can eat solids, looking forward to eating a little bit on Resurrection Sunday (Easter), I love veggies and hope I can get some down then.

I didn't expect to weigh more but got in the scale and it went way up. I should have known something was wrong when I couldn't put my sweats on in the hospital. I'm really bloated and I know I have a ton of water weight. Think I will wait awhile before I hit the scale again.

Congrats on your revision. My band was awful but the sleeve got me to my goal. I wish you the best and I hope you heal fast!
