First Night Post Op

Im so imPressed with m caregivers and the way my doctor has manage my pain controll. What Pain. ... I received Pepcid before and after surgery. That really works. Receive pain md ivp in recovery until I as staple enough to go o room I receive pain pump and ivp drug for breakthrough pain. It's perfect. This is my night in hospiital 3-)

It is good to know you aren't in any pain. Don't forget to walk (assisted) tonight and get the extra gas out! Keep us informed. Have a good (pain free yay!) Night.

Keep it up. The more you walk, the better you will feel. Once they took the catheter out, whenever I had to go to the bathroom, I added on a few laps around the floor. Gets the pain out, keeps your temp down, and improves your lung function (after all the anethesia.) Hope all is well! Keep posting!
