3 Months

Hello, just wanted to share my recent success. Yesterday was my 3 month anniversary and total weight loss is 57.4 lbs!!! YAY!!! I am so excited. I don't know about the rest of you but I am counting my weight loss from what I weighed before the pre-op diet. If I count from date of surgery (10/17/11) I am down 48.4 lbs. Last week I experience my first weight gain of 1.3 lbs and I was a little upset....but between last week and this week/yesterday, I was down 4.9 lbs. Someone told me it is just my body adjusting itself, which does make sense. I am doing fantastic, tons of energy and working out.

Is there anyone else 3 months out? How are you doing?

Any Chicago sleevers?

I am almost 4 months out and I'm doing great! Alot more energy but in a major stall. I have ups and downs, but that's ok. I love my size 8's now. ;)

Wow, congrats on the size 8! I can't wait to get to a smaller size.

Great job, loly13! 57.4 lbs is awesome...just think you'll never have to see those again.

Today is finishing week 10 for me since pre-op, 9 weeks since surgery. I am down 70lbs overall and I already feel so much better having that weight off. As you can see by my tracker, I have a lot more to lose than most on here and I can tell it is starting to slow down some. However, 3-5 lbs a week would not be slow to anyone who didn't have surgery so I guess that keeps it in perspective.

Keep up the good work, we're both closing in on that 100lb mark...can't wait!

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!

Not Chicago here, I'm in NC. CONGRATS! I'm close to 3 months and had been doing pretty well, but I've been at a stall for close to 3 weeks now. Hopefully I'll come out of that soon, trying to make sure I'm eating as before. Eating same foods, but noticed I can eat slightly more than I was last month.
