Today my scale hit a wonderful number !! In two months and 10 days I am down 30 LBS !! I am on cloud 9 today !! Only 40 more to go and I will be wearing that beautiful red sweater instead of the standard black at Christmas dinner !! I LOVE THIS WONDERFUL BAND !! YAHOOOOO !!!
