Hello everyone.I thank this is a great ideal.I haven't lost in about a month.I am at 199.I am waiting on another fill.I am starting to snack a lot to me. Thanks so much for the reply.I talked with the nurse last Friday an he gave me the go ahead.I am a a stand still with my weight lost.I figure if I start working out it will help.I have lost 25 pounds so far and I think that is good.But you hear people talking how they loss aleast 2 to 3 pounds a week.I am losing inches.Any other things you all could tell me would help. Hey Kelly how was it today?I went at 12:00 and got it done wasn't bad at all.They told me I had to be on liquids for 3 days and on the fourth I can start soft foods.Is it like starting over?what did you do.But I did lose 3 more pounds so thats good huh.. keep in touch thanks Joyce 225/207/? 4/28/04 banded

Hello! I had my surgery 5 weeks ago.I go tomorrow and get my first fill.I lost up to 15 pounds the first couple of weeks and it has stop. I can tell i have lost inches.So I guess that is good.So do you think after the fill it will help me?I can tell I am able to eat more also.So what do ya'll think? Hi! I go monday to get my first fill.I had my surgery on the th of April.I am ready because it seems I can eat more more in this last week.I have gotten better from drinking while I eat.But I have lost 15 pounds sense surgery and haven't drop no more. I had my in Port Arthur Texas with Dr.Spiegel.So will you go back to Mexico for your fill?I know some people who have surgery there tries to find someone in there area for fills.But you probley feel comfortable with that Dr. Joyce
