Hey Delarla! Girl I know what you are going through.I sleeped three days after I got home. Now I have gained my energy back.SO it is housr work time:think I think I did 7 loads of wash yesterday.Today I have about 3 more to go and I will be caught up.Anyway take it easy and enjoy the rest. Hello RDUCK73! I just had surgery on the 28th of April with Dr.Spiegel.I really like him and his workers. I am glad I had the surgery and its not bad at all. When you get there you'll fill out paper work and you will see Mellissa.Then she will weight you and ask some questions on the papers yoiu filled out.Then Dr.Spiegel will come in and look a your stomach.Then you will go to his office and he will show you and tell you about the lap band surgery.If you can thank of any question write them down and asked him that day.He will answer them.Good Luck and keep us posted. I am in my 2 to 3 week from surgery.I was cooking for my husband and kids and I made mash potatoes and I ate some.I am not suppose to start potatoes til thurs.So you think it hurt me?It went down fine I just don't want to mess up . please help Joyce

Well Wed. I went and got my staples out.I just seen Mellissa and she weighed me and tooked my staples out. I am happy to say I lost 12 pounds. I had a big smile on my face when I left.I am going to get my first fill on the 31st.Have you had a fill yet Ginny? I am sure you have Kelly or have you ?Could you let me know what to exspect if ya'll have? Mellissa just said no eating after mid-night. thanks Joyce 225/213/?

Hello Congats. I am one week band today.I go to the docter and get my staples out tomorrow.I am having the same problem with my stomach making noises.I am wondering if sense this will start my second week tomorrow if i can have potato soup.It says thicker Soups.Any ideas? thanks Joyce 4/28/04 banded

Thanks George for that.Well I have been doing fine til really yesterday evening. I broke down and started crying.But I am fine now.I guess when you stay home and you just think of all the things you could be eating .I get bored to and that was one of my problems.I would nibble when i wasn;t even hungry.So I know it takes one day at a time.So what are you able to eat now?You know I never asked this question but will we be able to eat normal one day? thanks and keep in touch Joyce 4/28/04 banded

What kind of Soups can you have the second week?Is that the only thing added from the first weeks list?I have sugarfree Jello but I wasn't sure if I can have that for the second week.Nice to know someone is going through the same thing as me. Keep in guys Joyce

Hey everyone I am finally banded. I am sorry I haven't been on.But I have been tired. I am doing great so far. Today is my 4th op and I am starting to want food but not.
