As of this morning I have lost 100 pounds since my surgery date!!! 140 pounds since I started the entire process. Only 4 pounds to go until I'm officially out of the 300s forever!!!!!!

It's been a while since I've posted on here, but I want to thank everyone for being supportive and positive. Having this as a support has been amazing!

I am approaching my one year mark, I have lost 112 lbs, and need to lose another 70 to hit goal. It can be pretty overwhelming when I read others posts that they start off weighing the same as I do now... pretty tough.. However, we are all unique and I will keep plugging along to goal... and you do the same! Good Luck my friend and congrats again on 100 lb loss !!!! Yeah!!!
