Has anybody tried the sunkist protein shots? How are they in taste? I have been using the pro slam fruit punch that the hospital used but im looking for a different one.

Sunkist? Do tell! Where do you get them? They are not high in sugar are they?

I have found them online even on eBay, but I was really hoping someone on here had tried them.

Aren't protein shots a "lower" form of protein or something like that? I seem to remember reading here they are not recommended. Worth checking it out.

I also had surgery same day as you & at central baptist. I couldn't stand those shots they gave us in the hosp. I'd like to know about the sunkist also because I still have trouble getting in enough protein. How's your weight loss going? I'm down 30 since surgery. 50 total since I started process in June. Feeling great.
