I was just wondering if anyone out there is 14 months, or more, post-op? I have lost 122lbs, but seem to be stuck at my current weight. I think the problem is, most likely, that my diet has slipped back into the "if I just eat a little it won't hurt" frame of mind. I haven't gained any weight back, but the scale is stuck! I've read that you can start over with the post-op diet to reprogram your body, and I was wondering if anyone has tried this, and if it works? I seem to have lost the motivation to focus on healthy eating and, instead, have been eating what's convenient. Today, I have decided to try this and see what happens. I have to admit, I felt much better immediately post-op with the diet, exercise, and vitamins than I do now, so in my head I know this is the way to go. I'm just looking for anyone to offer some input. Thanks!
