I'm only a week out but losing 86 lbs. would put me at my 'skinny' ideal weight of 150 at 5'8". I started at 236 and am down 10 lbs today at one week out. 10 down, 76 to go!!!

When you are at goal, you go into maintenance mode. Some simply eat what they have been, because their weight loss has come to a halt, others need to add calories in to maintain their new goal weight.

I'm just beginning to explore the possibility of having VSL. The research I've read on-line says one can reasonably expect to lose up to 50-70% of their "overage" in the first year. For me, that would be roughly 70 lbs (which would DELIGHT me!).
Are your results meeting your expectations, seriously?
I would really be happy just to get to 180lbs (down from (260 lbs). I don't have to weight 160 lbs.... does that sound reasonable? Achievable?
