Has this happened to you?

3 times this week this has happened....... After a meal of dense protein ( a few tablespoons) about an hour later I throw up a big ball of phlegm..... No food. Gross I know! Any thoughts? I know I'm not overfull.

I have been having the phlegm thing going on, hadn't associated it with food or eating and with it being allergy season I am blaming that. I have been taking zyrtec-d the last 2 1/2 days and I think it is helping.

Yep. Your meal was too large. I get that when I try to eat socially acceptable portions which really sucks because it isn't socially acceptable to go throw up!

Yep, I agree with Lakelady, it has been when I have over-eaten. I've done it a couple of times. Yuck!

Yep, it's called Sliming
