What vitamins did you take right out of surgery.. the first few weeks?? Flinstones complete? Gummies? Can we take Gummies when we are in the first couple of weeks post op??

i was sleeved on the 16th and i started taking gummies yesterday, i just let them melt in my mouth before swallowing, which isnt a problem because they taste good.

My doc had me on liquid Centrum starting on Day 5.... any Wal-Mart sells it...

Once I moved past puree stage & on to reg food he moved me to Centrum Chewables
