Got my approval and date today! It is going to be August 16th! I start my liquid diet on next Tuesday! I am ready! Bring it on! Any other August 16th or therabouts future sleevers? I would love to hear from you!

I am August 16th too! I start my pre-op diet on Monday but I started some diet prep this week. I cold turkeyed the caffeine 3 days ago and I am feeling pretty good. I have been trying different Protein shakes too.
