Moving Fast

I first saw the sleeve on Dr. OZ show last month. Checked out the "NET" about this sleeve. Saw Sentra Hospital in Hampton VA is one of the top hospitals around for the "SLEEVE".

Went to Dr. Clark's seminar Tuesday - July 5th

Met one on one today with Dr. Clark - July 7.

Insurance approved the sleeve. All pre-op was scheduled next week.

JULY 26th is my surgery date.

This 56 year old, 290 pound man is on my way to get his life back.
