1 week out - Jello question

If Im on the full liquids stage... is Jello considered one of my "meals" or is that like a free thing...... I cant remember. . I kinda want some, but if its going to replace my dinner soup then ill skip it lol

I've learned here on this board that different surgeons have different approaches. I am not sure what yours specifically told you about Jello but for me, I could have it whenenver and it counts as liquids. Same as the SF popsicles. But just be carefull to go slow, just like the liquids. At one week I was still having 1 oz in 8 to 10 minutes. I never had a full jello. I had a few bites here and there. Now, not quite two weeks, I am able to have an once just in a few sips. No hassle. I have to be carefull not to drink an 8 to 10 oz drink in less than 25 minuts or so because I can just sip it right down in no time. Jello tends to fill me faster though. Hope this helps!
