So here I am at 8 months out and suddenly my hair starts thinning in front to the point I am condsidering a hair piece. I knew hair loss was a possiblility and I was willing to lose it to lose weight and gain health, but it getting increasingly difficult to style what is left of my bangs creatively.
So today I found this article from Mayo that reassures me that I will get my hair back, however I disagree about the nutriention part as I have been all about my protien and Vitamins.

Any type of Vitamin supplement everyday when you are trying to lose weight in order to replenish the nutrients that you may lose. Doctors also recommend keeping a healthy diet full of all the essential daily needs
