I've only lost 4 lbs this month

I have been stalling since week 4. It's now been 9 weeks and I have only lost 4 lbs for the entire month this is so depressing. I thought for sure I would be at goal in four months at this rate I doubt that will happen.

Can you give us ideas of what you are eating or drinking? You may not be getting enough calories, protein, water. Sometimes you need to change what you are doing in order to start the losses again. My nutritionist said losing 1-3 pounds a week is realistic. Everyone loses weight differently. Make sure that you are following your doctor;s order. Just hang in there, You are losing!.

I've had the same problem and have been stalled for almost 3 weeks. I am doing pretty good with carbs and proteins and calories. I cut out some sugar that I would get in from drinking regular juice and haven't drink anything but water and all SF beverages for the past few days and have just dropped a pound. So, I hope that the stall is breaking because as you said "it is so depressing". I had a hopeful goal deadline as well and this has set me back a lot and I know that I won't make mine neither. I just try to tell myself to look at the brighter side, at least I will reach my goal at some point with the sleeve, where as without it the chances of that happening were zero!
