If anybody can tell me what Vitamins they have purchased for post-sleeve I would greatly appreciate it. I'm having mine done this Friday and my surgeron will give me a list, but I would like to pre-buy them before hand....

I bought:

Vitamin C (Nature's Made 500mg chewable)

B-12 (Nature's Bounty 5000 sublingual)

B Complex (Nature's Bounty sublingual liquid)

Calcium +D (Walgreen's brand, chewable)

Multivitamin with Iron (Flintstone's Complete)

The only other thing I need to get is Biotin

For immediately after surgery the doctor has me taking The bariatric advantage crystals that you mix in with 8oz water. It covers everything you need so you don't have to take multiple supplements right away. You can buy them online. My surgeon sells it in his office.
