3 months post op and i feel fine!

Hello all,

Well, it's been 3 months since my surgery, and i have to tell you it's been a wonderful ride so far.

Since showing up for the first Dr. visit, i've managed to lode 60# and most importantly KEEP IT OFF!

my weight loss has slowed almost to a stop, but thats ok, i know it does from time to time, and i don't fret about it too much.

It's just time to add more to my exercise routine i suppose.

to anyone thinking about getting the sleeve done, don't hesitate!

I only had pain for the first 3-4 days and it was manageable, no nausea, or any of the other horror stories you read about from time to time.

i think it's important to be as healthy as you can be before the surgery, and follow the doctors instructions to the T.

Buying clothes is fun again, being able to buckle a seat belt in an airplane, way cool, and your energy level is astonishing.

life is good!

Congrats!! It's great to hear about ypur progress. I know it is helpful for folks who are new in the process to hear that there is a light at the end of the tunnel with how they will feel at 3 months out.
