I have been doing fairly well with my sleeve. I stay around 800 - 900 calories a day. I realize some may feel this is too much this soon out (7 weeks). But, I find that I lose fairly well in this range.
Anyway, even though we sleevers might think "OMG!!! 900 calories is sooooo much!" (can you believe we think that?), my body still sees it has too few calories. And, that really messes up my cycle! It has happened in the past when I went on very low calorie diets. I get my period every ten days to two weeks (my fun comment was obviously sarcasm!
).
My question - - for other women whose bodies react similarly, when did/did your body straighten out. I'm really not very excited about having to deal with a full period every two weeks. Thanks for the input!
