I just got word from my Dr.'s off ice they have my psych eval and the records from my first lapband(I am using a different surgeon). They are submitting to the insurance company today. I now just have to let them do their thing and wait. I hope 1 it wont be too long and two that it gets approved.

When I spoke to the ins. person at the clinic she says it has been taking about two weeks for revision approvals. I am so ready to have this band removed and get a sleeve.

Waiting for the approval is the worst, I was lucky, once they submitted all of my paperwork to the insurance company I was approved in 3 days - Hang in there, try not to think about it, and it will happen before you know it

This is my first WLS - Kinda nervous to be honest

I am so impatient so maybe its best for me that my insurance completely excludes weight loss surgery. I'm going to Dr. Ramos-Kelly next week to have my sleeve done...
