The Stall has been broken...

After reading several ideas...I decided yesterday to increase my intake limits. So I had a cheeseburger kids meal (minus the drink). Burger and fries were not even as good as I had remembered either. But, this morning the scale had moved down 2 lbs!!

Not sure if it was the increase in intake or what. But I am thankful for the forward progress!! :D

I believe the intake was the key to getting things moving again. Absolutely. Cause I've gone through the same scenario more than once!

It's odd but it DOES work...thankfully. It almost feels "wrong" to be actually eating "more" or something not on the "diet" list but hey, miracles do happen! haha! Keep up the great work and good luck!

Well done! It's a great feeling seeing the scale go down. Every pound counts!

I am still waiting for some progress here... I have no idea why I am stalled... tried it all... but patience has been my new friend! =]
