4 pounds per week lost for 4 months now

Jan 1 I was 396, I was sleeved on March 1 at 379... Today I'm 328 and going strong. I feel great, and I've lost very little muscle mass. My last doctor's appointment he said "you ever see those commercials where they say results not typical?" I said "yeah." He replies "you are the results not typical guy you should be proud." I'm not eating near as healthy as I want to be either because I'm having to spend so much time traveling for work.

Wow, that is awesome! Keep up the amazing work. :)

Whatever you're doing is obviously working in spite of your traveling. If you can get your doctor to give you props, that really says something. Keep up the great work!!!
