So this morning I got on the scale and I'm 199!!!!! yay!!!!! I have thus far lost 79lbs on this incredible journey and wouldn't change a thing. I've gone from a size 22 to a comfortable 16 and couldn't be happier!!!! I'm gonna try to post some pictures tonight of my progress!!!! I am sooo loving my sleeve!!!!

WOW! ~ You're doing amazing Tiffany! I'm still on the plateau from hell = Stuck on 205 for over a month, down to 199, and only 1 lb in a 2 week period. I just added Aquatics twice a week with my walking, treadmill, & Gazelle. What kind of exercise program do you do???
